Project Management for Trade Shows & Expos
Show dates do not move. Freight has to ship by a deadline you cannot extend. The labor on the floor is union and the clock starts the second your crates land. We run trade show projects like the deadline-driven productions they are. Our PMs handle decorators, drayage, electrical orders, and on-site install so your team walks into a finished booth.
What we deliver for Trade Shows & Expos
- Booth build coordination from design through tear-down
- Freight, drayage, and warehouse logistics
- General service contractor (GES, Freeman, etc.) order management
- Electrical, rigging, and internet orders with the show
- On-site install and dismantle supervision
Where this shows up
- Hero exhibit activations: Run the build, ship, install, and strike for a 20×40 or larger booth with interactive technology, AV, and custom fabrication.
- Multi-show tour management: Same activation, ten cities. We track the crates, the timing, and the labor across the tour.
- Product launch booths: Compressed timelines from product reveal to show floor with all the live demo tech ready to run on day one.
Common questions
Do you handle the union labor coordination?
Yes. We work with your decorator's I&D crew and bring our own technical leads on-site for AV, software, and interactive tech commissioning.
Can you ship from your shop directly to the show?
Yes. We crate, label, and ship out of our 21,000 sq ft Orlando facility direct to advance warehouse or show site.
What happens if equipment fails on the show floor?
We staff opening day on-site and carry spares for critical components. Our PM is your one phone call.
