A major theme park operator needed guest-facing interactive installations tied into existing show control infrastructure. We designed, built, and integrated the systems under NDA.

The Challenge

Queue environments run all day under constant guest contact. The interactive elements had to survive heavy use, respond in real time, and communicate cleanly with the park's existing show control and operations systems. Downtime was not acceptable.

Our Approach

Our engineers mapped the control architecture first. We defined every interface between our systems and the operator's infrastructure before fabrication began. Interactive elements were prototyped in our Orlando facility, stress-tested, then installed and commissioned on site with full documentation.
