The Challenge

Queue environments face sustained guest contact and demanding operating schedules. The project requirements called for responsive interaction, durable components, and documented interfaces with the operator's existing show control and operations systems.

Our Approach

Our engineers mapped the control architecture first. We documented interfaces between our scope and the operator's infrastructure before fabrication began. Interactive elements were prototyped and tested in our Orlando facility, then coordinated through installation, commissioning, and handoff with the responsible project teams.
