Project Management for Theme Parks & Attractions
Theme park projects live or die by coordination. Ride engineering, scenic, AV, show control, and park operations all have to land on the same date. We embed with your team and run the full schedule so opening day is not in doubt. Our project leads have lived inside Universal and Walt Disney World workflows, so we speak the same language as your park engineering and safety teams.
What we deliver for Theme Parks & Attractions
- Attraction build oversight from concept through commissioning
- Multi-vendor coordination across ride, scenic, AV, and show control
- IAAPA and ASTM safety standard compliance tracking
- Park integration: blackout windows, hot work permits, lockout/tagout
- Daily site reports, RFI logs, and stakeholder communication
Where this shows up
- New attraction builds: Run schedule and budget across architects, ride OEMs, scenic shops, AV integrators, and park operations from kickoff to soft open.
- Queue-line interactive rollouts: Coordinate fabrication, install, and tech commissioning during park-defined overnight windows without impacting guest operations.
- Refurbishments and re-themes: Compressed scope inside operating parks. We manage the day-by-day choreography that keeps your refresh on the calendar.
Common questions
Do you work inside the park during operating hours?
Yes. Our PMs are credentialed for major Orlando parks and routinely manage installs during overnight windows, seasonal shutdowns, and ride downtime blocks.
Can you act as our owner's representative?
Yes. We frequently run point with ride OEMs, scenic vendors, and AV integrators on behalf of the park or attraction owner so your internal team is not buried in coordination calls.
Do you handle permitting and safety documentation?
We coordinate it. Our team tracks safety paperwork, lockout/tagout, hot work permits, and inspection sign-offs so nothing slips between vendors.
