A technology manufacturer needed a repeatable product demonstration that could travel between major trade shows. We coordinated the interactive system, branded enclosures, and show-floor installation scope around the approved program schedule.

The Challenge

The activation had to explain a complex product quickly, fit within changing booth footprints, and pack for repeated freight and installation cycles. The client also needed a clear division between the demonstration system, booth contractor, show decorator, and on-site labor.

We defined the demonstration flow and technical interfaces before building the first unit. The interactive software, product enclosure, and cable plan were tested together, then documented for the client's show team and approved installation partners.
