Melanie Linscott is the Chief Operating Officer of Innovated Studios, where she oversees operational strategy, project delivery, and organizational performance. Rising through the ranks from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager to Chief of Staff before being named COO, Melanie has managed multi-million-dollar projects for major entertainment brands. She leads operations across a 21,000 sq. ft. headquarters and fabrication facility in Commerce Park, plus three on-site offices at Universal Orlando's Sound Stage complex. Her approach centers on defined scope, documented decisions, stakeholder communication, and disciplined coordination from Blue Sky concepting through project handoff. Melanie was featured in Orlando Magazine's September 2025 issue.
