Job Description:

At Innovated Studios, we are seeking a Senior Project Leader who will play a pivotal role in leading our dynamic team of professionals in the Themed Entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team, including electrical and mechanical engineers, inventors, project managers, and technicians, to achieve exceptional results in themed entertainment projects.
2. Strategic Project Oversight: Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring they meet or exceed our high standards of creativity and technical innovation.
3. Advanced Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently, ensuring projects are well-staffed and equipped with cutting-edge technology and materials.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication, and ensuring their vision is fully integrated into the project.
5. Budget and Schedule Management: Develop, oversee, and adjust budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
6. Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality in every aspect of project execution, from initial design through to final delivery.
7. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in project processes and methodologies, continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
9. Mentorship and Development: Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Entertainment Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, with significant experience in the Themed Entertainment or Construction industry.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification; additional certifications in leadership or management are a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with experience managing large, diverse teams.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Themed Entertainment industry, including technological trends and construction methodologies.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Advanced problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative approach to overcoming challenges.
• Project Management Proficiency: Expertise in advanced project management tools and methodologies.
