Mike Wallace brings over 20 years of design, architecture, and construction expertise to Innovated Studios, driving creative excellence across immersive experiences and global destination projects. With a foundation in architecture from the University of Florida and early hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction, Mike’s journey took a transformative turn when he stepped into the world of themed entertainment—eventually landing on the global stage.

During his decade at Universal Studios, Mike held a diverse range of creative and technical roles within Art & Design and Universal Creative. His work spanned scenic and graphic design, art direction, architectural design, and master planning. He played a key role in shaping some of the most iconic attractions and environments in the industry, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Diagon Alley, Halloween Horror Nights, Volcano Bay Water Theme Park, Universal Studios Beijing, and Super Nintendo World.

Following his impactful career at Universal, Mike served as Creative Director at Falcon’s Creative Group, where he led the design of globally celebrated projects such as Katmandu Park – Punta Cana, HALO: Outpost Discovery, and Qiddiya Water Theme Park in Saudi Arabia.

In 2020, Mike co-founded Harves Global Entertainment, where he helped launch the company’s international footprint and led initiatives to deliver world-class, location-based entertainment across China, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond.

Now at Innovated Studios, Mike leads the charge on translating complex creative visions into fully realized environments—merging story, space, and technology into unforgettable experiences.
