With a strong foundation in marketing and a creative edge sharpened through design and campaign execution, Emma brings a strategic, detail-driven approach to everything she touches. A graduate of NC State University with a degree in Marketing—and time spent studying at Oxford University—she combines academic depth with real-world experience across client campaigns, logo development, social media, and guest engagement.
Emma’s background includes extensive time in theme park operations at Walt Disney World, where she provided personalized service in high-volume environments and was recognized repeatedly by peers and guests, including receiving a Disney Leadership Quarterly Award. As a trainer for WDW Resorts, she played a key role in onboarding and mentoring new cast members in Disney’s renowned service culture.
She’s contributed to successful marketing efforts for clients like East Bower Cider Co., BioLink Life Sciences, and Blue Line Technologies—where she also created their 10th Anniversary logo—and even crafted published ad work for the Charlotte Touchdown Club.
When not supporting projects at Innovated Studios, Emma is a lifelong dancer turned coach, an avid traveler, and a lover of good books, time with loved ones, and her dog.
